I will advise you on protocol, and traditions. Make recommendations and discuss timings for the smooth running of your big day.
Toastmaster's add a touch of class and style, as well as pomp and ceremony. I always make both Bride and Groom the stars of the day. You have spent hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on your wedding day and should be able to enjoy it with your family and friends. To ensure it's a great day you have engaged the services of a venue, wedding car, photographer, videographer, entertainers, a disco and possible much more Toastmasters are the backbone for all events. making sure everyone involved (venue and staff) are briefed and understands what is happening, when it is happening and how it will happen. All event staff turn to HIM as the official organiser and timekeeper. |
Asian Weddings
Eugene & Sheila Matthias have been Toastmasters at Asian wedding for over 15 years. They are fully understanding of all faiths, traditions, protocols and cultural differences in Sikh, Hindu Punjabi, Hindu Gujarati Muslim and Turkish weddings.
They will help you produce your itinerary, then look after and guide you smoothly through your wedding day making sure everything happens...........they are fully understanding of Asian Timings!!
On the day they will:
1- Meet and greet (with magic if wanted) families on arrival.
2- Bring families together for the Milni (garland exchange).
3- Support the Priest - Imam - Pundit in controlling the ceremony.
4- For the reception they will control whole event including the photographs.
5- Bring families together for the money gate.
6- Host the Cutting of the cake - Speeches - Photos - Games.
7- Ring exchange & Milk ceremony.

As an experienced same sex Wedding Celebrant, we will work with you to deliver a unique and personalised Ceremony.
♥ We will provide you with a questionnaire and ask you to fill this out privately in your own time. Questions such as ‘What does this ceremony mean to you?’ and ‘What are your most memorable times together?’ will help us create your personalised and meaningful ceremony script. ♥ We will craft a fully individual ceremony script that can include space for poems and readings, religious or non religious content and any other symbolic additions you may like to include such as handfasting or candle lighting for example. Our expertise includes a broad knowledge of poems, readings and help for you to create your vows. Check out our helpful hints to writing your own wedding vows! We also provide guidance regarding gay marriage legal requirements. ♥ If desired, a rehearsal at your venue close to your wedding day will allow us to go through the organisation of your ceremony; where to stand, how to enter and what will happen during the ceremony so you can relax. ♥ On your big day we will help you co-ordinate the ceremony and will arrive in advance of your guests to ensure everything is set up and to calm the nerves! ♥ Our role is to ensure your ceremony is a treasured memory for years to come. |

Hi Eugene
May I say that you were superb, and we couldn’t have asked for better. You injected energy into the proceedings from the off, and kept it at high intensity throughout the evening. You made it very clear that the intention was twofold, to have fun, and to raise money. Both objectives were clearly achieved and your contribution was enormous. The feedback that I have had from the guests was nothing if not effusive – from the ringing telephone to the end, everyone was entertained and had a great time. On a personal level, I have been to many civic functions, and Mayor’s celebrations, this was clearly the best that I have attended. And why? Because of the energy you fostered, because of the way you involved people, and because you kept the pace up. These affairs can often be pretty desultory, and you find you are forced to talk to your neighbour who you have never met before, don’t much like, and hope that you will never meet again. That didn’t happen. Everyone was engaged, and everyone was involved. I spent some time looking round the room and everyone was smiling, clapping, laughing, talking animatedly or otherwise demonstrating enjoyment. What more can a host ask?
