The Wedding ToastmasterEugene Matthias has been trained to the highest level as a professional wedding Toastmaster and is a Fellow of the Executive Guild of Toastmasters.
He is a Master Magician so can add a magical touch bringing fun and laughter to all occasions, especially weddings. Magicians bring fun, laughter and amazement to weddings, whilst Toastmasters bring style, a touch of class, tradition and a sense of occasion . Most importantly order and control over timings. Eugene gives you both in on one package. You get twice the amount of support on your wedding day as Eugene and his wife Sheila (professional Toastmaster) work together as husband and wife Toastmaster team. They will guide you through and advise you on protocol, and traditions. Make recommendations and discuss timings for the smooth running of your big day. On the day they will take full control of the smooth running which starts by meeting with the banqueting manager, DJ, and photographic teams making sure all are up to speed on the requirements for your wedding day. Toastmaster a 'Touch of Class'.Toastmaster's add a touch of class and style as well as pomp and ceremony. We will always make sure both Bride and Groom are the stars of the day.

You have spent hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on your wedding day and should be able to enjoy it with your family and friends. To ensure everyone has a great day you have engaged the services of a venue, wedding car, photographer, videographer, entertainers, a disco and possible much more Toastmasters are the backbone for all events making sure everyone involved (venue and staff) are briefed and understands what is happening, when it is happening and how it will happen. What does Eugene do?
- Give Free guidance and advice on protocol. tradition, planning and timings.
- On the day, meet with suppliers before bride and groom arrive making sure all understand the with running order of the day.
- Liaise with your photographer and control photo shoot calling that way timings will be kept to.
- Meet, greet and welcome all your guests making sure they sign the guest book.
- Make sure they know what is happening, what to do, where to go and the timings for the day.
- Ask guests to look at seating plan so they know where they are sitting, so no hold up when it comes to getting people in.
- Liaise with Banqueting manager to make sure everything is ready for your wedding breakfast.
- Move seating plan by receiving line.
- Get wedding party set-up to receive the guests.
- Announce that wedding party is ready to receive the guests.
- Introduce guests to wedding party.
- Announce parents into the wedding breakfast.
- Announce and escort Bride & Groom to the top table.
- Make official announcement of welcome to everyone on behalf of Bride & Groom.
- Say grace (if required)
- If you want a small magic (comedy) show before the speeches (gets everyone laughing)
- Introduce and announce speeches.
- Announce the Toast.
- The Parents.
- Absent Friends
- Make sure gifts are available.
- Host the evening reception.
- Announce the Bride & Groom in.
- Announce cake cutting, opening bottle of Champagne.
- Announce first dance.
- Request guests to join Bride and Groom on dance floor.

Firstly we would like to thank you, all of our guests said how fab having a toastmaster was and how you really managed to get the crowds going!!! You were so much fun and the magic was also really well received and became a talking point for the rest of the night.
I was so worried about the timings of the day before the wedding and feeling like we wouldn't have time to fit everything in but as you said we managed to do so even with a late start! So thank you for helping that to feel so easy and taking that stress away from us and the catering staff.
